When Health Became My Priority
They say “health is wealth”—but you only understand the depth of it when your body stops supporting you. When sitting all day with books or a laptop leaves you weak, when mornings don’t feel refreshing, when fatigue lingers without reason, when highly processed, sugary, and salty foods silently begin to destroy your body.
This was my reality too. Years of studying and sitting endlessly on a sofa left me with excessive weight gain, irregular periods, and constant mood swings. It wasn’t sustainable. That’s when I stumbled upon a video about Intermittent Fasting and it marked the beginning of my journey into health and wellness.
Since then, I’ve been mindful of not just what I eat, but also when I eat. Cooking and baking became a new passion—allowing me to create food that’s both healthy and delicious. I realized that nourishing your body doesn’t mean sacrificing taste.
